Terms of Service

The rules governing access to WekOps.com and our early-access services.

Effective date: 19 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and RemoteWek Consult Ltd. (“Wek”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to WekOps.com, our early-access programme, and related communications or services that link to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, joining early access, or using a service that links to these Terms, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Our services are intended for legitimate business use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with laws and rules applicable to you.

3. Early access

Joining the early-access list expresses interest but does not guarantee admission, a launch date, availability in a particular country, specific functionality, pricing, or continued access. Early versions may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or discontinued and may contain errors. We may invite, limit, prioritise, or remove participants at our discretion.

4. Accounts and security

If an account is made available, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, use reasonable security measures, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you authorise, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be assigned to you.

5. Permitted use

You may use the website and services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with documentation and usage limits we provide. You must not:

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of data and content you submit. You grant Wek a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You represent that you have the rights and lawful authority necessary to provide the content and instruct us to process it.

7. Operational intelligence and recommendations

Wek may generate summaries, signals, classifications, forecasts, recommendations, or other automated outputs from available information. These outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and are provided as decision support—not a substitute for your judgement. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, making decisions, and taking action in your business.

8. Our intellectual property

Wek, its website, software, branding, designs, text, interfaces, models, workflows, and related materials are owned by RemoteWek Consult Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. “Wek”, its logos, and related marks may not be used without written permission.

9. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

10. Third-party services

Wek may link to or integrate with third-party communications, file-storage, spreadsheet, project-management, business-system, payment, or other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or conduct. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and may require separate fees or permissions.

11. Fees and subscriptions

The current marketing website and early-access registration do not by themselves create a paid subscription. If paid services are introduced, the applicable price, billing period, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund rules, and usage limits will be presented before purchase and may be governed by additional product or order terms.

12. Availability and changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website or early-access service. We aim to operate reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party failures, security events, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect access.

13. Confidentiality

Early-access materials identified as confidential or that reasonably should be understood as confidential must not be disclosed or used outside evaluation of Wek. This does not cover information that becomes public without breach, was already lawfully known, is independently developed, or is lawfully received without restriction.

14. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, early-access programme, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that outputs will be accurate or achieve a particular business result. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wek and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive loss; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, business, or data; or decisions made in reliance on automated outputs. For free website or early-access use, our aggregate liability arising from that use will not exceed GHS 500. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify Wek against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Wek’s own breach or misconduct.

17. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website or withdraw from early access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, material breach, abuse, or protection of the service or others. Provisions intended by their nature to survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law—will continue after termination.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written notice and discussion for at least 30 days. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ghana will have jurisdiction.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the website, email, or service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

20. General provisions

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the services they cover, unless additional written terms apply. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, sale, or transfer of the service.
