What does Wek do?
Wek is an AI-enabled operations services company. We structure, run and improve recurring operational workflows using trained teams, documented processes, human review and practical automation.
How is this different from hiring an assistant?
We start with the outcome and the process. The engagement defines the work, responsibilities, quality controls and reporting, rather than simply allocating someone’s time.
Do we have to outsource our entire operation?
No. We can operate a defined part of a workflow alongside your internal team. A pilot can start with one recurring process.
Can you work with our existing systems?
We assess your systems during discovery and agree how work and information will move. Access and integration needs depend on the workflow.
Where do AI and automation fit?
We use them where they can improve suitable repeatable steps. Decisions needing judgement, context or accountability remain under appropriate human oversight.
Will you publish or change records without approval?
Approval requirements are agreed before work starts. Catalogue publishing, sensitive changes and exceptions follow the authority and escalation rules you approve.
How are scope and pricing agreed?
Scope and pricing depend on the workflow, volume, complexity, systems, service expectations and required controls. We discuss these before proposing a pilot or ongoing engagement.
